This reserve is at a distance of about 90 minutes by boat from Almouj Marina, located in the heart of Muscat. The boat ride is made even more pleasurable with the accompaniment of some dolphins which swim alongside the boats. As a visitor, you’ll enjoy seeing the Rocky Mountains & the white-washed small houses that overlook the majestic sea. You’ll also pass Al Bustan Palace Hotel & Barr Al Jissah Spa.
 

The area is a small system of coves and creeks. There are a variety of different snorkeling sites. It is a fantastic snorkeling place and is always brimming with colorful fish and coral reefs. The place rich with sandy beaches and calm water make this an ideal site for picnic and camping.
